So far, Bamboo Blade is one of my favourite anime. The action is brilliant and the jokes are just brilliant. I love all the characters, but I need to see more of Satori to be completely in love with her like Tamaki and the others. Out of the five girls, Tamaki is obviously my favourite, followed by the rest. I wonder why Tamaki’s father is so worried about Yuuji that he even came along, lol. Maybe some dark secret of the past, or perhaps because Tamaki’s father knows that Yuuji secretly has a crush on Tamaki?! Or even, maybe, because Yuuji’s a guy and Tamaki’s father is just being overprotective. Well, I’m dying to know the truth behind all of this!
Before leaving the house to attend the training camp, Tamaki tells her father to never lay a finger on the DVD recorder while she’s absent. The five girls who had a match against Ishida’s students in the first practice round arrive when Tamaki and the others are cleaning the pool. Ishida had to agree to this in order to obtain permission for the training camp. The rivalry between Satori and Andou still remain and due to Satori’s clumsiness, most of the girls get wet. Training commences and all the girls visit a public bath. While Ishida and Yoshikawa are conversing, Dan tells Yuuji that Yoshikawa-sensei is interested in their teacher. Yuuji doesn’t believe so and Dan comments that he doesn’t understand. Later they play activities and when everyone is asleep, Tamaki spots Kirino practicing kendo on the rooftop. Kirino tells Tamaki that thanks to her the kendo club seems more lively. The following morning, Tamaki greets everyone after being fired up and at the end of the episode Kirino’s mum collapses.
Thoughts: Lol, this episode was so hilarious. I didn’t mention any of the funny parts since it’d be funnier if you guys watched it without knowing. Anyway, sorry for being very, very, very brief on this summary. I have no reason for it, haha. Tamaki was really adorable, seeing so many Blade Braver stuff throughout the episode. I think Kirino’s mum will be okay in the end. Can’t wait til next week.
