ドルアーガの塔 〜the Aegis of URUK〜
Code Geass isn’t the only anticipating series coming out in Spring ‘08. Now there is an anime adaptation of The Tower of Druaga. The story is set two years later and the legend continues to live on. Corruption of several different areas fall into one place as new drama and mystery evolve. Expect lots of action and adventure surrounding the ominous Tower of Druaga.
I’ve just read the article for this series in the latest edition of NewType and it sounds good. Not only that, the character designs are quite captivating as well. My memory’s bad, so I really can’t recall the details, so I really have no idea what the plot of this anime is about. I remember that there’s a lot of bad happenings and then something to do with them all colliding. One of the four main characters is called Fatina and she has a large blade as her weapon. Other than that, everything else is a blur.

塔内第一階層に最初に建設された拠点「塔内都市メスキア」は、塔と共に復活を遂げたと目されるドルアーガ討伐の為、三度目の出征に備えるウルク国軍と、塔最上階に眠るという伝説の秘宝「ブルークリスタルロッド」の噂を聞きつけた冒険者たちで賑わっていた …
