Itachi VS. Sasuke

Okay, I admit, most of these “screenshots” are of Sasuke because, yes, I’m a Sasuke fan. Don’t rub it in, I’m ashamed! He’s so emo … yet …

With his blade pierced through Itachi, Sasuke questions his brother about the identity of the third Uchiha survivor that night their entire clan died. Sasuke tells him that he wants to know because he’s the next person on his list of who to kill. By now Sasuke had already figured that someone had helped Itachi wipe out the Uchiha clan, because he alone couldn’t survive Konoha’s military force. Itachi tells him that that person is Uchiha Madara, one of the village’s founding fathers and also the first to awaken the Mangekyou Sharingan. Sasuke doesn’t believe Itachi because he thinks that Uchiha Madara is long dead. Suddenly, Sasuke turns around and strikes another attack at Itachi, having realized that he was under a genjutsu.

Itachi tells Sasuke that he still doesn’t have the same eyes as him and Sasuke learns from his brother that in order to control the nine-tails with the special sharingan you slowly lose eyesight. Meanwhile, above Zetsu emerges from the ceiling and watches them. At last Itachi tells Sasuke that Uchiha Madara is a man whose controlled the nine-tails like a pet, who is also his accomplice and teacher. Furthermore, he is the only man whoever learned the final secret of the sharingan, claiming that he’s an invincible immortal.

Thoughts: WOW. Tobi is all that?! Tobi is Uchiha Madara? Of course, you would’ve learned that ages ago, but Tobi?! LOL! Really good chapter this week, especially since we get to learn more of the “sharingan”. Seriously, Itachi is so cool! I knew he wasn’t dead yet! How could he be, anyway? So, another immortal, huh? Reminds me of Baccano! how everyone is an immortal, well, not everyone exactly. Still — more immortality! No wonder he’s so care-free when he was about to challenge Naruto and the rest. Zetsu’s appearance wasn’t random, but I was still wondering wth he was doing there. I wanna see him fight! And I wonder what’s going on with Team Hebi and Kisame. Can’t wait til next week. Hopefully it doesn’t skip to another random part, ‘cos I still wanna see more of this fight!
