The battle between monsters draws to an end…

Rofl, the last image of Sai there reminds me of that kid from Home Alone, how he poses in front of a house with that same surprised expression, lol. I don’t think Sai will be smiling any more after that.
Naruto is being pushed against a rock, but the Sword of Kusanagi isn’t able to pierce him, so the extremely long blade returns to Orochimaru to wherever it may be. Meanwhile, Yamato’s clone is keeping an eye on Sai, who continues to watch Naruto and Orochimaru from a distance. Kabuto mentions Naruto’s will to rescue Sasuke and Sakura is reminded of the promise Naruto made to her long ago – that he will definitely bring Sasuke back. In tears, Sakura runs to Naruto and begs him to stop and that she’ll save Sasuke for him. Sai is closely watching Orochimaru as a hand crawls out of his mouth. Once fully emerging within the previous body, Orochimaru collapses to the ground and tells himself that time is running out and soon this body will completely reject him. One of Naruto’s four tails pushes Sakura away fiercely , thus creating a deep wound on her shoulder. Before he can attack her again, Yamato uses a technique that constricts Naruto’s body.
While Naruto is trying to break free, Kabuto walks up to Sakura and heals her. He tells Yamato that he’s doing this because both their groups share the same viewpoint, which is to eliminate Akatsuki. He figures that if he lets them live for now, the ninjas of Konoha will kill another member of that organisation. Just as Naruto destroys the wooden vines that are holding him down, Kabuto takes a leave, however unable to finish healing Sakura’s injury. Sai decides to go to Orochimaru while he still can. He tells the snake-man that they’re not enemies because he works for Danzou-sama. Moreover, the two of them need to discuss something important. While pacing towards Naruto, Yamato does hand seals and uses a Hokage-Style Submission Technique (Hokage Shiki Jijun Jutsu!), and the character “be seated” appears on his palm. Next he uses Kakuan’s Return to Humanity (Kakuan Nitten Suishu!) and puts his hand directly on Naruto’s chest. A green light radiates from their contact and Yamato pulls back while dragging a thick line of chakra. He places his other hand on the ground and solid bars with iron spikes on one side encircle Naruto. Naruto continues to scream in agony, but slowly Kyuubi’s skin disappears and Naruto returns to his normal appearance. Sai says he will only relay Danzou-sama’s message to Orochimaru. However, a dagger soars out of Orochimaru’s mouth and cuts through Sai.
Thoughts: Hmm, Sai being attacked like that was kinda weird. I mean, his reaction was really slow, even I could’ve jumped out of the way. But no, Sai just stands there smiling while the dagger hits him, and then he’s surprised. What a retard, lol. This episode was an okay for me, I’d give it like 5/10. I know, Naruto used to be so good, now it’s just shitty ‘cos there’s so many friggin’ draggy moments and pathetic recaps of the exact things they said in the previous episode. Dang, even Bleach anime is following exactly as it should as the manga did. Are the anime-makers of Naruto trying to make us hate the anime? Are they trying to suffocate us? Or do they think they will catch up to manga soon? Hell, just get on with it. Naruto Shippuuden is really disappointing since I read the manga, so comparing the two of them? Well, obviously the manga is better. This episode lacks suspense and motivation, it lacks awesomeness and is replaced by bullshit. The part where Kabuto says that this is no longer a battle between ninjas, but a battle between monsters was kinda said last week already, so none of us needed to hear that again, did we? And while Naruto’s being in that demon form, why isn’t there any action? He just stands there, lazing about, waiting for Orochimaru to attack him. I know this was kinda what the manga did too, but it just seemed more exciting when I read that part. Also, since it’s an anime version, shouldn’t the action be better? I’m speaking on behalf of all those who read and watch Naruto, so for those who only read it: good for you, and for those who only watch it: man, you’re missing out on the best part – Sasuke fighting against Itachi.
Good Points: Even though there’s a lot of bad things to say about the Naruto anime series, and I sound like I really hate it, that’s not the case. In fact, I really like Naruto. Good things about this episode? Well, the graphics were decent, Kabuto looked funny (yes, it’s a plus because I thought it was hilarious), and the part when Sakura begged Naruto to stop because she found out he was doing this for her was actually quite touching and sad. What else? Hmm, I enjoyed the flashbacks for some unknown reason, probably because I was sorta missing the old times when Naruto was super-dooper annoying.
